Founded by UK-based illustrator Hoon Yoon, Tokidokie Cookies began as a long-term hobby of gifting her hand-iced biscuits to friends. In 2022, Hoon opened her Etsy shop and quickly gained a following for her bespoke orders for weddings and corporate events.

All of Tokidokie's biscuits are originally designed by Hoon and crafted with the utmost attention to detail. With a passion for creating fun and quirky biscuits that taste as good as they look, Hoon's obsession with the smallest details sets Tokidokie's biscuits apart. The brand's name "Tokidoki(e)" means "Sometimes" in Hoon's native Japanese, reflecting her spontaneous start to making biscuits.
