Return & Exchange Policy

Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order. If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us in writing by email as soon as possible.
If your item(s) have already been dispatched, we regret that we cannot cancel your order.

If there is a major fault with your item(s), you may be eligible to exchange it for a replacement.
To be eligible for an exchange, you must notify us in writing by email within 14 days of receiving your item(s) and provide photographic evidence of the fault.
If the fault is confirmed, we will send you a replacement item(s) at no extra cost to you.
Please note that we reserve the right to deny any exchange request if the fault is not confirmed or if the item(s) was damaged during delivery and it was the courier's fault.
