Terms & Condition
Products
All of our biscuits are handmade, therefore may have slight variations in colour and design.
Ingredients & Allergen
Please contact us if you have concern regarding ingredients or allergens. Our biscuits contains wheat gluten, egg and milk, and all our biscuits are made in a kitchen that may occasionally handle peanuts, sesame and soya.
Bespoke Order
We require payment in full before we can commence a bespoke order. When an order is placed we will book our time to complete it and will turn down other requests to ensure we have the capacity for your order. We may also order in special supplies for your order or have custom cookie cutters made. For these reasons neither the deposit nor the final balance are refundable.
We have a minimum spend of £60 for bespoke orders, which includes the design and creation of custom cookie cutters. Additionally, our minimum order quantities are:
12 biscuits for individually packed options
6 sets for boxed biscuits.
​Order processing times vary depending on the quantity requested. To ensure a smooth process, please contact us at least 3-4 weeks before your desired delivery date. For larger orders of over 50 pieces, we require at least 5 weeks' notice. If your order is needed sooner, a 20% rush fee may apply.
Pet Portrait Order
When you order a pet portrait or other from us, we will email you a design for your approval and we are happy to amend it up to twice. After twice we will charge an additional fee. We cannot offer refunds or accept returns if you do not like your biscuit after the final product is sent.
Delivery
We deliver all our items by Royal Mail unless otherwise stated. We will attempt delivery to an address and postcode as you enter it and cannot accept liability for late or failed delivery due to an incorrect address. If you are unsure of an address or postcode please check it using a postcode finder before ordering.
Please note that we’re unable to guarantee delivery dates for Royal Mail services.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your online order, please notify us by email as soon as possible, as once we’ve baked your items we can’t offer a refund or take cancellations. Cancellation must usually be made within 24 hours of placing your order. To cancel an order please email us on tokidokie.cookies@gmail.com
Bespoke orders can be canceled before production starts. A cancellation fee of 20% of the full invoice amount will apply.
Cancellations made after production has begun will incur charges for all upfront costs and labor expenses.
Refunds
If you’re unhappy with any of our items you must notify us via email as soon as they arrive. Evidence of any faults, damages or discrepancies should be included. Any refunds will be given entirely at our discretion. We may request that you send the product back to us and provide proof of postage so that we can fully determine the issue.
Gift Message
If you want to include a gift message to your order please leave a note as you check out, or email us straight away. We won’t send a gift message that may contain offensive and /or inappropriate content.
Gift Wrap
Gift wrap is not available at the moment. When it becomes available we will anounce it on our website.
Discount Code
We reserve the right to withdraw our discounts at any time.
Price
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service without notice at any time.
